The Philodendron Micans is a stunning velvety-leaved tropical houseplant, beloved for its heart-shaped leaves with a soft, iridescent texture that shimmers between deep green and bronze in different light. Care Instructions

• Light: Bright to medium indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight which can scorch the delicate velvety leaves.
• Water: Water when the top 2 inches of soil are dry. Avoid overwatering — allow soil to dry slightly between waterings.
• Humidity: Loves humidity — mist occasionally or place near a humidifier.
• Temperature: Keep between 18–30°C. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 13°C.
• Soil: Well-draining potting mix with perlite or coarse sand.
• Fertiliser: Feed once a month during spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertiliser.
• Support: Looks beautiful trailing or can be trained to climb a moss pole for larger leaves.
• Toxicity: Toxic to pets and humans if ingested — keep out of reach of children and animals.
